![]() Update: After 2 hours, I was able to get a rep. I can't say they have the worst customer service ever, but if that other company goes out of business, OOL should get nervous. This is insane I mean even by COVID-19 standards, this is off the frickin' rails. Speeds are fine, but can't get to my router settings FOR 2 DAYS and counting. I finally got a rep to set-up my Optimum ID (after 4 hours on hold - 4 HOURS) only to find that I still cannot configure my router. I DMed their support on twitter, and they got back to me in a lightning-fast 30 hours and were useless. 75% of the time, the call disconnects and if you cue up for a callback, that's 3+ hours later and then they disconnect again! It's like they called just to say FU. Calling these people is enough to make you want to blow your head off. First I couldn't even get an Optimum ID b/c it said I had to login from my home network - of course, I was on my home network. I just had OOL installed the other day with a Ubee UBC1322.
